- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests efficiently
- Provide accurate information about products/services
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers
- Ensure high customer satisfaction with quality service
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups
- Follow company policies and process guidelines
Requirements:
- Graduation or Undergraduation allowed
- 10th pass candidates must have a 3-year diploma
- Age Limit: 18 to 31 years
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi (V4–V5 level)
- Basic computer knowledge required
- Customer-oriented mindset
Work Details:
- Shift: Rotational (8 AM – 8 PM window)
- Working Days: 6 days/week
- Week Off: 1 rotational off
- Mode: Work From Office (Bangalore)
