NextHire is a platform that allows users to browse jobs and allows job posters to publish job-related listings. Use of the website is subject to these terms.

Job posters are responsible for the content they submit, including interview links, HR contact numbers, email IDs, reference details, salary information, and all other listing content. Posters must not submit false, illegal, abusive, misleading, spam, duplicated, or harmful content.

NextHire and ProblemSolution.in act only as a platform provider. We do not become a party to any recruitment process, communication, interview, offer, payment, or employment relationship between users and job posters.

We may review, edit, restrict, suspend, or remove any listing, including Premium Jobs, at any time without prior notice if we believe it may violate our platform rules, user safety standards, or applicable law.

Users must independently verify every opportunity before acting on it. Never pay money for a job unless you have completed your own checks and are satisfied with the legitimacy of the opportunity.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising from use of this website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India, subject to applicable law.
