Customer Support Executive (Kotak Securities Process)

- Handle customer queries via Voice, Chat, and Email channels
- Assist customers with stock market and Kotak Securities-related services
- Provide accurate and timely information to clients
- Ensure high-quality customer service and satisfaction
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions
- Follow company compliance and service guidelines
Requirements:
- Graduate/Post Graduate in any field
- Minimum 6 months experience in Customer Service (BPO/BFSI)
- Age Limit: 18 to 35 years
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Basic understanding of stock market (preferred)
Work Details:
- Shift: Day Shift (8 AM – 8 PM, any 10 hours)
- Working Days: 5 days/week
- Week Off: 2 rotational offs
- Mode: Work From Office (Andheri)
