Customer Success Associate
Hiring (Travel/Hospitality Process)
- Handle customer queries and complaints efficiently
- Communicate with global customers via calls, chat, and email
- Provide accurate information using company tools
- Assist customers with bookings (hotels, flights, travel)
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction
- Follow up on issues for timely resolution
- Adhere to company communication guidelines and policies
Requirements:
- Undergraduate / Graduate
- Minimum 6 months experience in BPO / Customer Support / Operations
- Excellent English communication (spoken & written)
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of hospitality/travel industry (preferred)
- Ability to work in blended process (voice + non-voice)
- Versant Level: C1 (Preferred)
Work Details:
- Shift: 9 Hours (Rotational)
- Working Days: 5.5 days/week
- Week Off: Rotational
- Mode: Work From Office (Jaipur)
