Loan Sales Executive (ICICI HL/PL/AL Process)
ICICI Loan Sales Process
- Handle outbound sales calls for ICICI loan products (Home Loan / Personal Loan / Auto Loan)
- Pitch and explain loan products to customers
- Generate leads and close sales effectively
- Maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Ensure proper follow-ups with interested customers
Requirements:
- HSC (V5) with minimum 6 months experience
- Graduate (V6) with minimum 6 months experience
- Excellent communication skills required
- Prior experience in sales/BPO preferred
- Target-oriented and confident personality
Work Details:
- Shift: 9 AM – 9 PM (Day Rotational, any 9 hours)
- Working Days: 6 days/week
- Week Off: 1 rotational off
- Mode: Work From Office (Malad)
- DOJ: 22 April 2026
