- Handle Insulet data processing (Back Office)
- Manage customer data and records accurately
- Work on international BPO processes
- Ensure quality and compliance in data handling
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
Requirements:
- HSC / Graduate
- Minimum 6 months experience in International BPO
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability to work in 24/7 rotational shifts
- Good typing and accuracy skills
Work Details:
- Shift: 24/7 rotational (9 hours)
- Working Days: 5 days/week
- Week Off: 2 rotational offs
- Mode: Work From Office (Thane)
- Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
Selection Process:
- HR Round
- AMCAT Test (C1 / C2 required)
- Multichat Writex Test (C1 / C2 required)
- Operations Round
- Typing Test (35 WPM, 90% accuracy)
Note:
- Either AMCAT or Multichat Writex score must be C1 or C2
- Tests must be completed before Operations Round
