*Job Responsibilities:*
- Counsel students regarding colleges, courses, entrance exams, and admission processes.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students.
- Follow up with leads regularly and maintain engagement.
- Understand students' academic background and career goals to suggest suitable options.
- Maintain accurate records and update information in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily calling and performance targets.
*Eligibility Criteria:*
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Sales, telecalling, customer support, or education counseling experience is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Must have a laptop/mobile and stable internet connection.
*Key Requirements:*
- Comfortable making 200+ calls per day.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Ability to work independently from home.
*Salary & Benefits:*
- *Fixed Salary:* ₹10,000 per month
