### About the Role

Fresh Prints, a New York-based custom apparel startup, is hiring a Campus Recruiter to identify, engage, and recruit talented student entrepreneurs across universities. This role combines recruitment, sales, and relationship-building to help grow the Campus Manager Program.

### Key Responsibilities

✅ Execute recruitment campaigns through calls, emails, texts, and LinkedIn outreach
✅ Source and screen potential Campus Manager candidates
✅ Schedule interviews with the internal recruiting team
✅ Track recruiting metrics and prepare weekly reports
✅ Coordinate with interview and training teams
✅ Work closely with the Recruiting Team Manager to achieve hiring goals

### Eligibility Criteria

✔️ 1+ year of high-volume recruiting experience
✔️ 1+ year of outbound sales or marketing experience
✔️ Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
✔️ Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
✔️ LinkedIn recruiting experience preferred
✔️ Detail-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated

### Working Hours

🕒 Monday to Friday
🕢 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST
